Had a lumbar injection earlier today and simply WOW. The ladies were so friendly, supportive and kind during my time in the clinic. Mara was with me from start to finish and she was beyond sweet! She answered all of my questions and helped alleviate my fears. Dr. Latch met with me in person before the procedure and explained everything very simply. He was super friendly and made the whole experience much more personable. Within minutes I was escorted to a separate, sterile room for my injection. Mara, Dr. Latch and the x-ray tech were all super nice and talkative - they basically made me forget the procedure was even happening. Once everything was done, they monitored me and listened to any concerns I had. I left completely at ease with the procedure and with appropriate follow-up/care guidelines.

Definitely recommend this office for any needs you may have! Their customer service doesn’t even compare to anyone else!

My father in law Rogelio torres was seen in the office by Dr.latch and has been satisfied with all the help he has been receiving from the Dr. and his entire staff they are very welcoming and caring and helpful after every visit he feels like all the help is getting in some ways better. We all appreciate Dr.latch and his staff for the care they have provided to my father in law and recommend all who are in search of pain management Dr to see Dr. Latch and his team . Wow where to start. Such a beautiful facility in a wonderful location! I saw Brittany for a facial and when I say she has the hands of god boy do I mean it. She was very nice and well informed on all the products and procedures. I’ll definitely be back in the future for even more services 10/10

The staff are absolutely amazing!! Krykt is wonderful she always makes sure I’m good before during and after my appointments her Dr Massey and Dr latch make my visits so comfortable and memorable, I always get nervous because I don’t like needles they relax me everytime!! I would recommend EVERYONE to that clinic I wish there were more stars I can give place is truly one of a kind with patient experience!!!
